Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS)

At Schroeder, we are committed to empowering our students and families to become lifelong learners by fostering a culture of being respectful, responsible, and safe. Through our schoolwide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, students are taught clear behavior expectations that promote positive choices, strong character, and great citizenship. These expectations are introduced at the beginning of the school year and reinforced throughout the year to help create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for all.

Students are recognized with Mustang Money for demonstrating our schoolwide expectations of being respectful, responsible, and safe. Mustang Money celebrates students’ positive choices and encourages strong citizenship throughout our campus community.
