Principal's Message

Dear Schroeder Families, Students, and Staff,  

It is an incredible honor to join the Schroeder family as your principal. From my very first visit, it was clear that Schroeder is a special place where students are supported, staff is dedicated, and families are valued as true partners in education. I am excited to become part of this outstanding community and grateful for the warm welcome I have already received.  

Schroeder has a proud tradition of excellence, and I look forward to building upon the strong foundation. Together, we will continue to strengthen our work as a back-to-back AVID Showcase School (2024-25 & 2025-26), celebrate the exceptional opportunities provided through our GATE program, and use data-driven instruction to enhance our Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).  

Building on this strong tradition, I am excited about the modernization process our campus is undergoing! These ongoing enhancements to our facilities will provide our students with learning environments that ensure Schroeder remains an amazing place to Educate, Elevate, and Celebrate every scholar. By continually evolving together, we will ensure every student is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their highest potential. 

At the heart of my leadership is a simple belief: strong relationships create strong schools. By working collaboratively with our students, staff, and families, we will continue fostering a welcoming environment where every child feels known, valued, challenged, and inspired to grow both academically and personally.  

I am excited to get to know each of you and look forward to celebrating the many successes ahead of us. Thank you for welcoming me into the Schroeder family. Together, we will continue making Schroeder a place where every child can thrive.
