Dear Students, Parents, and Staff of Schroeder College and Career Academy,

As we embark on another exciting school year, I am thrilled to be returning as your principal for a second year at Schroeder College and Career Academy. Last year was an incredible journey, and I am eager to continue building on the strong foundation we have established together.

Returning to Schroeder, where I spent 15 wonderful years teaching, has been like coming home. This school holds a special place in my heart, and it has been an honor to reconnect with the students, families, and staff who make this community so unique. Over the past 29 years in the Westminster School District, my experiences as a principal at Webber Elementary School, and as an assistant principal at Hayden Elementary School and Warner Middle School, have deeply informed my approach to leadership. But it is here, at Schroeder, where I feel most connected and inspired.

This year, I am more committed than ever to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment for every student. I am excited to continue getting to know each of you better, to celebrate our successes, and to work through challenges as a united community. The relationships we build with one another are at the core of what makes Schroeder so special, and I am dedicated to fostering a school culture where every student feels supported, valued, and empowered to achieve their best.

My door remains open, and I encourage you to reach out with your thoughts, ideas, and concerns. Together, let’s make this school year another memorable and successful chapter in the history of Schroeder College and Career Academy.
